Chobani Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels

 
 

In this post I’ll be sharing an appetizer that is lower in fat for Chobani Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels.

Chobani Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels are a tasty option for your game day celebration! The easy and flavorful buffalo chicken filling mixture is spread in a flour tortilla, rolled up and cut into perfect serving pieces.
 
Pinwheels are a tasty grab and go finger food at gatherings.

Roll Up Appetizer

Ingredients:
8 ounces of  1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese, softened
A cup of Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt
Black Pepper
Buffalo Wing Sauce, your favorite store bought brand
Two 12.5 ounces canned Chunk White Chicken (can use 2 c fresh shredded chicken)
Flour Tortilla Wraps
 
In a colander add canned chicken, give a rinse with water and allow to drain well.
 
Next, in a medium mixing bowl combine cream cheese, Chobani Greek yogurt, wing sauce, and pepper and mix well. Add the drained chicken and stir to combine.
 
Using the canned chicken is a great short cut option but I think it is already a bit salty so I don’t find the need to add more salt to this recipe.
 
If there are other seasonings that you enjoy, such as garlic, red pepper flakes, cayenne or onion powder then feel free to customize this mixture before spreading it on your soft tortilla shells.
Spread the buffalo chicken mixture on the flour tortilla shells and roll up. Slice the ends off and discard so that all of your pinwheels have nice straight edges.
 
Insert a tooth pics every inch or so and slice. Transfer your pinwheel appetizers  to a serving platter and serve. Serve with a side of  buffalo sauce or blue cheese dressing for dipping.

Buffalo chicken appetizer roll ups are lower in fat, made with a buffalo chicken and yogurt spread wrapped in soft flour tortillas.

Prep Time 15 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 c Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 3/4 c Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 2 – 12.5 oz. canned Chunk White Chicken (can use 2 c fresh shredded chicken)
  • Flour Tortilla Wraps

Instructions

  2. Next, in a medium mixing bowl combine cream cheese, Chobani Greek yogurt, wing sauce, and pepper and mix well. Add drained chicken and stir to combine.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture on the flour tortilla shells, roll up. Slice ends off and discard. Insert tooth pics every inch or so and slice. Add to a serving platter and serve.
  4. Serve with a side of  buffalo sauce or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
