Baked Spaghetti Dinner Recipe

Delicious baked spaghetti dinner recipe with doctored up store bought sauce topped with fresh mozzarella slices.

Ingredients

  • 1 Onion diced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 32 oz. Jar of Your Favorite Sauce
  • 1 lb. Spaghetti cooked
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Cracked Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Garlic Infused Olive Oil if using regular olive oil add 1 tsp diced garlic
  • 1 c Shredded Italian Cheese Blend
  • Sliced Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 2 tsp olive oil to the skillet.
  • Next, add the diced onions and peppers and sauté until the onions begin to become translucent.
  • Next add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. After the ground beef has cooked, add the sauce. Cover and let simmer 15 minutes.
  • Cook the pasta according to package directions.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F while the spaghetti cooks.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the meat sauce and combine.
  • Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray. Add spaghetti and meat mixture to the casserole dish in two layers. After first layer add some of the shredded cheese. Add second layer and top with shredded cheese and sliced mozzarella.
  • Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
