Ingredients
Baked Beans

Pork and Beans
with the tomato sauce (I used Van Camps)
1/2
of a Vidalia Onion
diced

Large Green Bell Pepper
finely diced
1/2
lb.
Bacon
chopped into pieces
Baked Bean Sauce
1/2
c
Molasses
1/4
c
Yellow Mustard
1
c
Ketchup
1/4
c
White Vinegar
2
tbs
Worcestershire Sauce
Pinch
of Kosher Salt
Cracked Black Pepper
to taste

tsp
Garlic Powder
1
tsp
Onion Powder
1/4
tsp
Cayenne Pepper

tsp
Hot Sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium to large size mixing bowl, add all of the sauce ingredients and whisk to combine.
Next, add the pork and beans with the tomato sauce along withe the diced onion and green pepper.
Stir to combine it all together then pour it into a casserole baking dish.
Top with the topped bacon pieces then place into the oven and bake 1.5 to 2 hours, or until bacon pieces have cooked through as desired.
Remove from the oven and stir the baked beans to incorporate the bacon pieces.
Allow to cool 10 minutes before serving.
