Easy Corn Dip Appetizer Recipe
The original classic corn dip recipe that has been around for ages. A tried and true favorite that friends, family and other guests will love.

Ingredients

Canned Whole Kernel Corn
drained well

ounce
Jar Chopped Pimentos
drained well
3
ounces
Cream Cheese
softened to room temperature
½
cup
Real Mayonnaise
I prefer Duke's Mayonnaise
¼
cup
Sour Cream
1
Green Bell Pepper
diced
1
Red Bell Pepper
diced

tablespoon
Onion
grated (about half a small onion)
½
teaspoon
Salt
or to taste
Instructions
In a medium to large mixing bowl, cream together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream using a hand mixer.
Next, add the remaining ingredients to the creamy dressing mixture then use a spatula to combine everything together.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Remove the corn dip from the fridge a few minutes before serving, stir to redistribute the dressing, then transfer to a serving dish.
Serve the corn dip with tortilla chips, melba toast, party rye, bagel chips or other favorite chips for dipping.
