Easy Corn Dip Appetizer Recipe

The original classic corn dip recipe that has been around for ages. A tried and true favorite that friends, family and other guests will love.

Ingredients

  • 2 - 15.25 ounce Canned Whole Kernel Corn drained well
  • 4 ounce Jar Chopped Pimentos drained well
  • 3 ounces Cream Cheese softened to room temperature
  • ½ cup Real Mayonnaise I prefer Duke's Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 tablespoon Onion grated (about half a small onion)
  • ½ teaspoon Salt or to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium to large mixing bowl, cream together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream using a hand mixer.
  • Next, add the remaining ingredients to the creamy dressing mixture then use a spatula to combine everything together.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • Remove the corn dip from the fridge a few minutes before serving, stir to redistribute the dressing, then transfer to a serving dish.
  • Serve the corn dip with tortilla chips, melba toast, party rye, bagel chips or other favorite chips for dipping.
