Easy Frozen Yogurt Fruit Pops

- 1.5 c Grass Fed Vanilla Yogurt
- 1/2 - 1 c Frozen or Fresh Berries I used blueberries and strawberries
- Popsicle Molds
Fill the fruit pop molds alternating with layers of yogurt then fruit until filled then insert the holder.
Freeze until solid, about 6 hours or overnight.
Remove the mold from the freezer and allow to sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before un-molding.
