  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 12 oz Fresh Sliced Mozzarella
  • 12 Fresh Figs halved
  • 3 oz Sliced Prosciutto

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven or grill to 400°F (204°C)
  • Drizzle about a teaspoon of olive oil over each flatbread then use a brush to spread it evenly.
  • Next, add a few slices of mozzarella to each flatbread.
  • Next, add the fig halves.
  • Next, roll and slice the prosciutto then add to each flatbread.
  • Place the flatbreads onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Tip: Place the flatbreads on a baking rack for extra crispiness.
  • If grilling: Place the flatbreads on the hot grill and cook until the cheese is melted over indirect heat.

Notes

If you don't have access to fresh figs, try the recipe using dried figs. It will be delicious.
