Grilled Asparagus

Delicious grilled asparagus is the perfect side to any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch of quality Asparagus
  • 1 tbs Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • Cracked Black Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • Or other favorite seasonings and herbs

Instructions

  • Cut the bottom stems off the asparagus. About an inch or so to remove the tougher portion of the stalk.
  • Coat the stalks in olive oil and season.
  • Grill over medium heat on the grill (indirectly from flame) for 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Do not over cook.
