Holiday Cranberry Apple Bake

Cranberry Apple Filling
- 6 c Honey Crisp Apples peeled and chopped (3 large apples)
- 12 oz Fresh Cranberries
- 1/2 c Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 c Brown Sugar packed
Topping
- 1 Stick of Butter melted
- 1 c Brown Sugar packed
- 1.5 c Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/2 c All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 c Chopped Pecans
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease the baking dish with a tablespoon of butter.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped apples, fresh cranberries and sugars together the add the fruit mixture to the baking dish.
Prepare the topping in a smaller mixing bowl by combining the melted butter, brown sugar, oatmeal, flour and pecans then spread on top of the fruit mixture in the baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
May be served warm or chilled.
