- 1 Can of Pineapple Rings
- Fresh Lettuce
- Mayonnaise preferably Duke's
- Grated Cheddar Cheese
Lay a bed of lettuce on each plate.
Next, add two slices of pineapple per person.
Top the pineapple slices with a dollop of mayonnaise.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese, just on top of the mayonnaise dollop.
