Old School Pineapple Salad

Classic Southern fruit salad with mayonnaise and cheddar cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 Can of Pineapple Rings
  • Fresh Lettuce
  • Mayonnaise preferably Duke's
  • Grated Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  • Lay a bed of lettuce on each plate.
  • Next, add two slices of pineapple per person.
  • Top the pineapple slices with a dollop of mayonnaise.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese, just on top of the mayonnaise dollop.
