- 16 ounces Apple Sauce I used White House All Natural with no high fructose syrup
- 3 ounce Strawberry Gelatin or raspberry or cherry
- 10 ounces Cold 7-UP Carbonated Beverage
Begin by adding the applesauce to a small saucepan, place the pot on the stovetop over medium heat and bring the applesauce to a boil.
Next, add the strawberry Jell-O to the boiling applesauce, remove from the heat and stir to combine.
Next, add the cold 7up and stir to combine.
Transfer the applesauce gelatin mixture into a bowl or square baking dish (I find that molds don't work well for this dessert), cover and refrigerate 4-6 hours, or overnight, until set.
Serve on its own or with whipped cream and fresh strawberry garnish, if desired.
