Oven Roasted Blackened Shrimp

Delicious and easy 10 minutes oven baked shrimp seasoned with blackening seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 1 to 1.5 lb. Shrimp 31/40 count recommended, peeled and de-veined
  • 1.5 tbs Blackening Seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F
  • In a small bowl, season the shrimp with the blackening season and toss to coat then arrange the shrimp on a lined baking sheet for cooking.
  • Bake 8-10 minutes until done. Shrimp should be pink.

Notes

Avoid over-cooking shrimp to prevent them being rubbery. Shrimp cook pretty quickly.
