Peach Turkey Meatball Appetizers

Delicious sweet and savory turkey meatballs in a peach glaze

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Ground Turkey
  • 1 c Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp. Onion Powder
  • 3 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 18 oz. Peach Preserves
  • 12 oz. Chili Sauce

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey with the bread crumbs, eggs, and seasonings. Form into meatballs close to equal in size.
  • In a medium skillet add cooking oil and heat over medium. 
  • Add the meatballs in batches and cook until browned.
  • Add the cooked meatballs to a slow cooker. Cover with the peach preserves and chili sauce. Place the slow cooker lid on and set on high. Cook for two hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove meatballs from the slow cooker and arrange on a platter with peach slices.
