Peach Turkey Meatball Appetizers

- 2 lbs. Ground Turkey
- 1 c Bread Crumbs
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp. Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tbsp. Onion Powder
- 3 tbsp. Cooking Oil
- 18 oz. Peach Preserves
- 12 oz. Chili Sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey with the bread crumbs, eggs, and seasonings. Form into meatballs close to equal in size.
In a medium skillet add cooking oil and heat over medium.
Add the meatballs in batches and cook until browned.
Add the cooked meatballs to a slow cooker. Cover with the peach preserves and chili sauce. Place the slow cooker lid on and set on high. Cook for two hours, stirring occasionally.
Remove meatballs from the slow cooker and arrange on a platter with peach slices.
