Simple Lemon Butter Sauce

A tangy delicious lemon butter sauce that is great with chicken and pasta

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c White Wine optional
  • 1/2 c Chicken Stock
  • 1/2 c Heavy Cream
  • 3 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 2 Sticks of Butter
  • Pinch of Salt and Pepper
  • 1 tsp Parsley optional

Instructions

  • In a saucepan add chicken stock, white wine, salt and pepper, bring to a simmer over medium heat. Add heavy cream, butter, lemon juice and parsley. Stir until butter is melted. turn sauce down to low simmer until ready to use.

The sauce is delicious with pasta and chicken
