- 1.5 tbs Bacon Fat Drippings
- 2 tbs Butter
- 28 oz Frozen Sweet Kernel Corn If using fresh: 5-6 ears with kernels cut off of the cob
- Pinch of Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Begin by melting the bacon fat and butter together in a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
Next, add the corn kernels and gently stir to combine.
Next, season with salt and pepper.
Continue to gently stir the corn until it is heated through.
Serve hot.
