Sunny Side Up Eggs

Ingredients

  • Farm Fresh Eggs
  • 2 tbsp. Butter or Cooking Oil

Instructions

  • Add butter or cooking oil to a small skillet and heat over medium.
  • Crack one egg into a small bowl or ramekin.
  • When the butter is melted, add the egg.
  • Cook approximately 2 minutes and use a spatula or spoon to work the cooking fat over the top of the egg. This ensures the whites cook thoroughly. Pay particular attention to the whites just around the yolk.
  • Remove from the skillet and serve.
