Tuna Noodle Salad Recipe
Old fashioned tuna macaroni salad, just like mama made it, is a delicious easy lunch or simple supper.

- 8 oz. Chunk Light Tuna in water, drained well
- 16 oz. Cooked Elbow Macaroni
- 1 to 1 1/4 c Mayonnaise
- 6 tsp Dill Pickle Cubes
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- pinch of Dried Thyme crushed between your fingers
- 1 tbsp. Dried Parsley fresh is good too
Begin by emptying the tuna into a mesh strainer and drain well.
Next, cook the pasta. Bring water to a boil, add some salt to water then add the pasta and boil for 10 minutes.
While the pasta cooks, prepare the dressing mixture. In a medium mixing bowl add mayonnaise, pickles, lemon juice, and seasonings and combine.
Add the drained tuna to wet mixture and combine.
Finally, drain the cooked pasta and add it to tuna wet mixture and combine. May be served warm or chilled.
