Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef I used grass fed, pasture raised beef
  • 1 lb. Ground Bison grass fed, pasture raised
  • 1 dozen Slider Buns
  • 1 Vidalia Onion sliced (yellow or white onions work too)
  • Sliced Tomato
  • Lettuce
  • Pickle Chips
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard
  • Ketchup
  • American Cheese Slices
  • Seasoning: Salt Pepper, Onion Powder, Chili Powder
  • Plus any other favorite burger toppings you may enjoy

Instructions

  • Mix together ground beef and bison. Form into small patties, portion to make a dozen. Season burger patties with salt, pepper, onion powder, and chili powder on both sides. Remember to allow your meat to come to room temperature (about 30 minutes) before grilling.
  • Grill sliders 10-15 minutes to desired temperature. Top half with cheese slices and allow to melt.
  • Transfer the meat patties to slider buns and serve with an assortment of toppings and condiments.

Notes

If making sliders for a crowd - grill them ahead of time. Place in a crock-pot on low and fill with beef broth. This keeps the sliders warm and ready and you're not spending all of your time grilling so you can mingle with your guests.
