- 2 – Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 3 tbs Olive Oil
- 1 – Red Bell Pepper seeded and cut into strips
- 1 – Small Red Onion diced
- 1/4 – tsp Blackening Seasoning
- 1/4 – tsp dried Thyme
- 1/4 – tsp dried Italian Seasoning
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 lb – Penne Pasta
- 8 oz Alfredo Sauce
- Parsley for garnish optional
Add olive oil to a large skillet; add chicken and peppers along with seasonings and herbs then cook until the chicken is done.
Combine the chicken mixture with the cooked pasta then add Alfredo sauce and stir to combine.
Garnish with parsley, if desired, when serving.
