Ingredients
2lbs.Ground Beef: cookedcrumbled and drained well
1Small Head of Cabbagethinly sliced
1Oniondiced
3Bell Peppersdiced (I had red, orange & green - any color will do)
1cupof Mushroomssliced
8oz.Sharp Cheddar Cheesegrated and divided
10½oz.Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup
½c.Milk
Salt and Pepperto taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large mixing bowl: combine the cooked ground beef, cabbage, vegetables and half of the shredded cheese. Next add the cream of mushroom soup, milk and season with salt and pepper; stir to combine.
Transfer the casserole mixture to a rectangle baking dish and top with the remaining shredded cheese.
