Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla Recipe
Delicious chicken, bacon and ranch quesadillas oven toasted with melty cheese make a great appetizer or light meal. Just serve them up with your favorite sauces.

- 4 Large Burrito Style Flour Tortillas
- 1 c Cheddar Cheese freshly grated (or cheese or choice)
- 3 Strips of Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 c Cooked Chicken diced
- 2 tbs Ranch Dressing
For Serving
- Sour Cream Salsa, Guacamole or More Ranch, if desired
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper then arrange the tortillas to prepare quesadillas.
Layer the cheese, chicken and bacon on each half of each of the tortillas; drizzle with ranch dressing. Fold over the other half then bake 15-20 minutes.
Cut each quesadilla into 4 wedges before serving.
Recipe may be modified to make the number of quesadillas needed.
Cooking quesadillas on a griddle also works great.
Having cooked chicken and bacon on hand makes this recipe super fast.
Serve with sauces, dips or condiments if desired.
