Chocolate Banana Muffins Recipe

Delicious and moist chocolate banana muffins are a great way to use up ripe bananas for a tasty treat.

Ingredients

  • 3 Ripe Bananas mashed
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/4 c Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Vegetable Oil
  • 2 c All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 c Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • Dash of Salt
  • 1/2 c Chocolate Chip Morsels

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and vegetable oil with a hand mixer.
  • Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt, mix to combine.
    Stir in chocolate morsels.
  • Add batter to a cupcake or muffin pan with cupcake liners.
    Bake 18-20 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
    Allow to cool before serving.
