Chocolate Banana Muffins Recipe

- 3 Ripe Bananas mashed
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/4 c Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Vegetable Oil
- 2 c All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 c Cocoa Powder
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- Dash of Salt
- 1/2 c Chocolate Chip Morsels
Preheat oven to 350℉.
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and vegetable oil with a hand mixer.
Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt, mix to combine.
Stir in chocolate morsels.
Add batter to a cupcake or muffin pan with cupcake liners.
Bake 18-20 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
Allow to cool before serving.
