Ingredients

  • 1 Head of Iceberg Lettuce cut into small bite size pieces
  • 8 oz. Farmers Cheese cut into small cube pieces
  • 1 Cucumber peeled and diced
  • 1 Red Onion diced
  • 1 Bunch of Green Onions chopped into small pieces
  • 1 Pint of Grape Tomatoes cut into small pieces
  • 2 c Fried or Grilled Chicken Tenders cut into small pieces
  • Salad Dressing of your choice

Instructions

  • Layer the chopped salad ingredients in serving bowls starting with the lettuce and ending with the fried chicken pieces. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
