In this post I will be sharing a Fried Chicken Salad Recipe.

Fried Chicken Salad is a wonderful chopped salad made with love. You can make all food with love and it’s so much better.

When I make a chopped salad, I prefer the pieces be chopped into smaller pieces. Everyone loves it that way too. There’s no fighting with large pieces smacking you in the face while you try to eat.

Chopped salad topped with fried chicken pieces can be made using your favorite salad vegetables and toppings.


Ingredients

  • Iceberg Lettuce, cut into small bite size pieces
  • Farmers Cheese, cut into small cube pieces
  • Cucumber, peeled and diced
  • Red Onion, diced
  • Green Onion, chopped into small pieces
  • Grape Tomatoes, cut into small pieces
  • Fried or Grilled Chicken Tenders, cut into small pieces
  • Salad Dressing of your choice
Assemble salads by layering lettuce and toppings. Allow to chill in the refrigerator 25-30 minutes before serving.

You might not think that the experience of enjoying a salad would be by how it was prepared. By chopping the different parts of this delicious lunch meal into smaller pieces makes it extra special.

Chopped Salad with Fried Chickebn

Delicious chopped salad made with your favorite salad ingredients then topped with crispy fried chicken pieces.

Ingredients

  • 1 Head of Iceberg Lettuce, cut into small bite size pieces
  • 8 oz. Farmers Cheese, cut into small cube pieces
  • 1 Cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1 Red Onion, diced
  • 1 Bunch of Green Onions, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 Pint of Grape Tomatoes, cut into small pieces
  • 2 c Fried or Grilled Chicken Tenders, cut into small pieces
  • Salad Dressing of your choice

Instructions

  1. Layer the chopped salad ingredients in serving bowls starting with the lettuce and ending with the fried chicken pieces. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
