Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Cooked Pasta I used Casarecce
  • 1 Red Onion diced
  • 4 oz. White Cheddar cut into small cubes
  • 1 Cucumber peeled and diced
  • Grape Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Dill
  • Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 c Bob Evan's Colonial Dressing

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions.
  • Combine the pasta with the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl; refrigerate until ready to serve.
