Easy Country-Style Pork Ribs Recipe with Barbecue and Roasted Garlic

Tender fall apart country style ribs recipe, baked in the oven with roasted garlic, barbecue and a few seasonings for a delicious meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Country Style Ribs
  • 1/2 tbs Roasted Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
  • Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 c Barbecue Sauce

Instructions

  • All the boneless country style ribs to come to room temperature, about an hour.
  • Preheat oven to 325°F (162°C)
  • Place the ribs in a baking dish then rub with the roasted garlic.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and place into the oven and bake for 2.5 hours.
  • Remove from the oven and uncover then add the barbecue sauce. Re-cover and return to the oven.
  • Lower the temperature to 300°F, to prevent sauce from burning, and bake an additional hour.

Notes

2 lbs of country style ribs will feed 2 to 4 people depending on appetite. The recipe may be adjusted for more ribs if needed.
