Ingredients
28-30ozFrozen Cut Corn
14.75ozCream Style Sweet Corn
4tbsButtercut into cubes
8ozCream Cheesecut into cubes
3/4cHeavy Cream
1/2tspSalt
Cracked Black Pepperto taste
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in the crockery cooker and cover with a lid.
Cook on the LOW setting 2.5-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Transfer to a serving dish, if desired, and serve.
Notes
For the stove top: follow the same method and cook over a medium low heat setting. Stir frequently until hot and bubbly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat immediately.
