Easy Crock Pot Creamed Corn Recipe

Rich and delicious creamed corn made easily in the slow cooker for an amazing side dish.

Ingredients

  • 28-30 oz Frozen Cut Corn
  • 14.75 oz Cream Style Sweet Corn
  • 4 tbs Butter cut into cubes
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese cut into cubes
  • 3/4 c Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Cracked Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in the crockery cooker and cover with a lid.
  • Cook on the LOW setting 2.5-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Transfer to a serving dish, if desired, and serve.

Notes

For the stove top: follow the same method and cook over a medium low heat setting. Stir frequently until hot and bubbly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat immediately.
