Tacos
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1.25 oz Packet of Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 c Water
- 8 Soft Flour Tortilla Bowls
Taco Toppings
- Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
- Shredded Crisp Iceberg Lettuce
- Chopped Green Onions Scallions
- Sliced Black Olives
- Sliced Jalapenos
- Diced Ripe Tomatoes or Salsa
- Chopped Parsley or Cilantro

Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking the meat up as it browns.
Drain the excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning and water then stir to combine.
Reduce the heat to simmer until most of the liquid has evaporated.
Assemble taco boats with some of the seasoned meat mixture and favorite toppings.
