Ingredients

  • pounds Ham roughly chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ Onion Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • ¼ cup Red Onion diced
  • 2 tablespoon Pickled Jalapeno Slices
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet Pickle Relish
  • ½ tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard I used Grey Poupon

Instructions

  • Begin by adding the rough chopped ham to a food processor.
  • Add the black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper to the food processor.
  • Next, add the diced red onion, pickled jalapeno slices, sweet pickle relish, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard.
  • Use the blade attachment to pulse the ingredients until they reach your desired consistency.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy!
