- 1.5 lbs. Baby Red Potatoes
- 24.5 oz. Canned Cut Green Beans drained
- 3 c Vegetable Stock
- 10.5 oz. Cream of Onion Soup
- 1/4 tsp Creole Seasoning optional
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Begin by washing the baby red potatoes and cutting them into quarters. Add the cut potatoes to a small stock pot.
Next, add the canned green beans and vegetable broth to the potatoes. Bring to a boil, cover, and cook for 15 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Next, add the cream of onion soup, salt, pepper, and creole seasoning (if using). Stir to combine, bring to a simmer and remove from heat.
