Ingredients
9″ Deep Dish Refrigerated Pie Crustsuch as Pillsbury
6Eggslarge or extra large
1cHeavy Cream
1cHamcubed or chopped
1cCheddar Cheeseshredded
1tbsp.Dried Parsley Flakes
1/4tspBlack Pepper
1/2tspSalt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a mixing bowl beat eggs. Add heavy cream, parsley, salt and pepper and whisk together with eggs.
Add the ham and cheese to the pie shell then pour the egg mixture into the shell.
Bake for 45 – 55 minutes.
Notes
To reheat whole quiche, preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cover quiche with foil and bake 15 – 25 minutes, depending on how warm you’d like it. You can also heat it by the slice in the microwave.
