- 1 c Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
Combine ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until it reduces by half. This will take about 20 minutes or so.
The mixture will thicken and will adhere to a spoon when it's done.
The glaze will continue to thicken as it cools.
