Ingredients
1lb.Boneless Pork Chops
3/4cBreadcrumbs
1/2cParmesan Reggiano Cheesefreshly grated
1tspItalian Seasoning
1/4tspSalt
Cracked Black Pepper
1Eggbeaten
1/4cMilk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a small bowl, beat one egg and add milk and mix to combine. In another bowl, add bread crumbs, grated cheese, and seasonings and mix together. Dip each pork chop into the wet mixture and then dredge in the dry mixture and place on the baking pan.
Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.
