These Italian Style Pork Chops are so easy to make and bake in the oven while you make your sides for dinner. Perfect for quick weeknight meals.
- 1 lb Boneless Pork Chops
- 3/4 c Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 c Parmesan Reggiano Cheese, freshly grated
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1/4 c Milk
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, beat one egg and add milk and mix to combine.
In another bowl, add bread crumbs, grated cheese, and seasonings and mix together.
Dip each pork chop into the wet mixture and then dredge in the dry mixture and place in the baking pan.
Bake in preheated 325 degree oven 25-30 minutes.
