Italian Style Pork Chops

 

In this post I’ll be sharing an Italian Style Pork Chops recipe.

These Italian Style Pork Chops are so easy to make and bake in the oven while you make your sides for dinner. Perfect for quick weeknight meals.

The coating is similar to what you might get with store bought shake and bake but homemade. Pork chops are always a great budget friendly option for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of Boneless Pork Chops
  • 3/4 cup of Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup of Parmesan Reggiano Cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Salt
  • Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup of Milk  

Italian Style Pork Chops Recipe

Preheat your oven .
 
Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside until needed.
 
 
In a small bowl, beat one egg and add the milk then mix to combine.
 
In a separate bowl, add the bread crumbs, grated cheese, and seasonings and mix together. Feel free to adjust seasoning or add others to suit your taste in this recipe.

Dip each pork chop into the wet mixture and then dredge in the dry mixture ensuring each is coated well. Pace the pork chops on the baking pan.
 
 
Bake in your preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until golden browned and the pork chops are cooked through.

  • Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, beat one egg and add milk and mix to combine. In another bowl, add bread crumbs, grated cheese, and seasonings and mix together. Dip each pork chop into the wet mixture and then dredge in the dry mixture and place on the baking pan.
  • Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.
