- 1 LB of Baby New Red Potatoes
- 1 Stick of Butter
- 2 TBS of Fresh Chopped Parsley
- Cracked Black Pepper & Salt
Peel around the center of each potato, if desired. You can leave the peels completely on if you prefer.
Cover the potatoes with water in a pot and bring to a boil.
Boil the potatoes over medium heat 15 minutes or until tender.
Remove from heat and drain.
Melt the butter and add the fresh herbs and seasonings. Mix to combine.
Pour evenly over the cooked potatoes and stir.
Serve hot.
