- 1 - 8 count Refrigerated Cinnamon Roll Dough with Icing
- 1.5 c Pecan Halves
- 1⅓ cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 1/3 c Light Corn Syrup
- 4 Eggs room temperature
- 3 tbs Butter melted
- 1.5 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C)
Spray a 13 x 9 Baking Dish with cooking spray.
Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and place in the bottom of the casserole dish.
Sprinkle a layer of pecan over the cinnamon roll dough.
In a mixing bowl; combine the corn syrup, eggs, sugar, melted butter and vanilla with a whisk the pour into the casserole dish.
Bake 35-45 minutes, or until set.
Cool 20 minutes then drizzle the icing over the top.
