Pimento Cheese Mac & Cheese

Easy stove top mac and pimento cheese is a tasty side dish the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Large Elbow Macaroni
  • 2 c Pimento Cheese
  • 2/3 c Heavy Cream
  • Cracked Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Fill a medium pot with water, enough to boil pasta.
  • Bring the water to a boil and add salt to season.
  • Add the dried macaroni pasta and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Drain pasta well and add back to cooking pot.
  • Add pimento cheese and heavy cream.
  • Mix well to combine.
  • Add cracked black pepper and combine.
