- 16 oz Large Elbow Macaroni
- 2 c Pimento Cheese
- 2/3 c Heavy Cream
- Cracked Black Pepper
Fill a medium pot with water, enough to boil pasta.
Bring the water to a boil and add salt to season.
Add the dried macaroni pasta and cook for 10 minutes.
Drain pasta well and add back to cooking pot.
Add pimento cheese and heavy cream.
Mix well to combine.
Add cracked black pepper and combine.
