In this post I’ll be sharing a tasty recipe for Pimento Cheese Mac & Cheese.
This easy recipe was inspired by The Masters going on this week, this creamy Pimento Cheese Mac & Cheese is a hole in one winner!
Who doesn’t love delicious creamy cheesy pasta? Am I right? I consider macaroni and cheese to be one of my all time favorite foods. Lawd help me during the holidays trying to stay away from my amazing baked macaroni and cheese casserole.
Growing up, mama would often make stove top macaroni and cheese. The one from the big blue box and serve it with fried hot dog wieners. We loved it and it was a budget meal to feed a family with multiple children.
Ingredients
- 16 ounces of Large Elbow Macaroni
- 2 cups of prepared Pimento Cheese
- 2/3 cup of Heavy Cream
- Cracked Black Pepper

Pimento Cheese Mac & Cheese
Ingredients
- 16 oz Large Elbow Macaroni
- 2 c Pimento Cheese
- 2/3 c Heavy Cream
- Cracked Black Pepper
Instructions
- Fill a medium pot with water, enough to boil pasta.
- Bring the water to a boil and add salt to season.
- Add the dried macaroni pasta and cook for 10 minutes.
- Drain pasta well and add back to cooking pot.
- Add pimento cheese and heavy cream.
- Mix well to combine.
- Add cracked black pepper and combine.

Easy Variation: If you don’t have homemade pimento cheese on hand or need a quick weeknight meal, I recommend Palmetto Cheese Pimento Cheese
