Pimento Cheese Mac & Cheese

Inspired by The Masters going on this week, this creamy Pimento Cheese Mac & Cheese is a hole in one winner!


  • 16 oz Large Elbow Macaroni
  • 2 c Pimento Cheese, click here for recipe
  • 2/3 c Heavy Cream
  • Cracked Black Pepper 
Fill a medium pot with water, enough to boil pasta. Bring water to a boil and salt water. Add pasta and cook for 10 minutes.
Drain pasta well and add back to cooking pot. Add pimento cheese and heavy cream. Mix well to combine. Add cracked black pepper and combine.
Creamy and delicious!

Easy Variation: If you don’t have homemade pimento cheese on hand or need a quick weeknight meal, I recommend Palmetto Cheese Pimento Cheese
