Roasted Parmesan Asparagus
Easy oven roasted asparagus with Parmesan

- 1-2 lb Bunch of Asparagus
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
- Cracked Black Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 tbs Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C)
Trim 1/2 to 1 inch off of the cut stem part of the asparagus spears.
Wash the asparagus and pat dry with a paper towel.
Place the asparagus in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil then use your fingers to massage the oil over the spears to coat.
Next, add the seasonings and grated Parmesan cheese and turn to coat.
Place the asparagus on a lined baking sheet and place into the oven to roast for 15 minutes.
Do not over cook asparagus.
Use thick cut spears if available.
