  • Fresh Bundle of Asparagus
  • 1 Lemon
  • 3 tbs Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • Cracked Black Pepper to taste
  • Pinch of Old Bay Seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉
  • In a small bowl or ramekin, combine melted butter and lemon juice.
  • Brush the area of the sheet pan with the butter mixture where the salmon filet will lay to prevent sticking.
  • Add the salmon filet to the prepared area on the sheet pan.
  • Add the asparagus to each side of the salmon filet.
  • Brush the top of the salmon filet and asparagus with the lemon butter mixture.
  • Season everything with a pinch of sea salt and cracked black pepper.Season the salmon filet with a pinch of old bay seasoning.Top the salmon with thin slices of lemon.
  • Place sheet pan into preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. If you have a thicker filet you may adjust the time up to 25 minutes if needed. It really shouldn't take longer than that.Remove from oven and slice filet into portions and serve with a side of asparagus. Enjoy!
