- 1 to 1.5 lbs Fresh Salmon Filet
- Fresh Bundle of Asparagus
- 1 Lemon
- 3 tbs Butter melted
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- Cracked Black Pepper to taste
- Pinch of Old Bay Seasoning
Preheat oven to 350℉
In a small bowl or ramekin, combine melted butter and lemon juice.
Brush the area of the sheet pan with the butter mixture where the salmon filet will lay to prevent sticking.
Add the salmon filet to the prepared area on the sheet pan.
Add the asparagus to each side of the salmon filet.
Brush the top of the salmon filet and asparagus with the lemon butter mixture.
Season everything with a pinch of sea salt and cracked black pepper.Season the salmon filet with a pinch of old bay seasoning.Top the salmon with thin slices of lemon.
Place sheet pan into preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. If you have a thicker filet you may adjust the time up to 25 minutes if needed. It really shouldn't take longer than that.Remove from oven and slice filet into portions and serve with a side of asparagus. Enjoy!
