- 12 Hard Boiled Eggs
- 1//2 c Mayonnaise
- 1 tbs Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Dried Dill
- 1 tbs Chopped Chives
- 12 Mini Croissant Rolls or 12 Slices White Sandwich Bread
Dice boiled eggs and add to a mixing bowl.
Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and seasonings to the diced eggs and stir to combine.
Makes a dozen mini croissant sandwiches.
If using bread slices, king sliced is preferable. Add the egg salad to half of the bread slices and topping with another slice and remove crust.
Cut each sandwich into 4 mini triangle tea sandwiches. Will make 24 mini sandwiches using this method.
