of Soft White Bread
Ripe Tomato
sliced
Mayonnaise
Salt & Ground Black Pepper
to taste
Instructions
Slice the ripe tomato and sprinkle with salt
Slather a generous amount of mayonnaise on slices of fresh soft white bread.
Layer on the tomato slices then season with black pepper.
Add other toppings, if desired.
Notes
Whatever you do, never ever use Miracle Whip as a substitute for mayonnaise on this sandwich.
