Ingredients

  • 10 oz. pkg Fresh Cranberries
  • 1 c Orange Juice
  • Zest of 1 Orange
  • 2 tsp Ginger fresh grated
  • 1 c Granulated Sugar
  • 1 c Dried Cranberries
  • Dash Salt
  • 1 crack of Black Pepper
  • 1 small Shallot diced (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then turn down to simmer stirring occasionally. Simmer 20-25 minutes. Mixture will thicken as it cooks. Chill before serving.
