Tasty Brussels Sprouts with Bacon & Garden Veggies

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of Brussels Sprouts sliced in half
  • 3-4 strips of Bacon
  • 1 Orange Bell Pepper or whatever color pepper you have on hand
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 small Yellow Onion
  • 2 tbs Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the bacon until crispy then remove from the pan, chop and reserve for garnish.
  • Next, add the Brussels sprouts, onion, peppers, olive oil and seasonings and saute until the vegetables are tender.
  • Top with bacon pieces when serving.
