Tasty Brussels Sprouts with Bacon & Garden Veggies

- 1 lb of Brussels Sprouts sliced in half
- 3-4 strips of Bacon
- 1 Orange Bell Pepper or whatever color pepper you have on hand
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 small Yellow Onion
- 2 tbs Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Cook the bacon until crispy then remove from the pan, chop and reserve for garnish.
Next, add the Brussels sprouts, onion, peppers, olive oil and seasonings and saute until the vegetables are tender.
Top with bacon pieces when serving.
