- 1 lb of Brussels Sprouts, sliced in half
- 3-4 strips of Bacon
- 1 Orange Bell Pepper, or whatever color pepper you have on hand
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 small Yellow Onion
- 2 tbs Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Brown bacon in a skillet until crispy over medium heat. When the bacon reaches desired crispiness, remove from skillet and place on a paper towel lined plate. Once the bacon is cool, chop into pieces.
Add the olive oil to the bacon drippings in the skillet. Add your Brussels Sprouts and saute along with the other vegetables until tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add cooked bacon pieces before serving.
