Turkey Noodle Soup Recipe

- 3 c Cooked Turkey diced or shredded
- 1 c Celery diced
- 1 Onion diced
- 12 oz. Package Frozen Sliced Carrots
- 3 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
- 4 c Chicken Bone Broth or Turkey Stock
- 8 c Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/3 tsp Black Pepper
- Dash of Poultry Seasoning optional
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 1 Pkg Fine Egg Noodles
Begin by adding 2 tablespoons of butter to a soup pot or large stock pot and heat over medium-high heat.
Next, add the diced onions and celery. Sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Next, add the broth or stock, water, carrots, thyme sprigs, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning.
Bring to a boil and add turkey. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Finally, add the egg noodles and simmer an additional 4-5 minutes or until pasta is tender.
