Zesty Lime Shrimp Tacos
Fresh shrimp tacos made with a zesty lime marinade and a hint of Creole seasoning are perfect lighter fare. Serve with your favorite toppings and sides.

- 1 lb Shrimp fresh shelled and deveined and remove tails
- 1 c Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing I used Kraft
- 1/2 tsp Creole Seasoning
- Pinch of Salt and Cracked Black Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- Soft Taco Shells or crunchy if you prefer
- Favorite Toppings
In a mixing bowl, combine dressing, creole seasoning, salt and pepper and whisk to combine.
Add shrimp to to the marinade and refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour.
When ready to cook, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
With a slotted spoon remove shrimp from marinade and add to skillet. It's okay if some of the marinade stays on the shrimp. Discard any remaining marinade.
Cook until shrimp have pinked, this will take 6-10 minutes. Add cooked shrimp to a bowl and assemble tacos with your favorite toppings.
Serve with your favorite toppings, such as Shredded Lettuce, Fresh Cilantro, Guacamole, Shredded Cheese, Sour Cream, Salsa or Pico do Gallo.
Garnish with limes for an extra citrus splash if desired.
