Easy Peanut Butter Fudge Bars

Easy Peanut Butter Fudge Bars are a simple no bake candy dessert. They are a perfect homemade holiday gift option.

“Gifts of time and love are surely the basic ingredients of a truly merry Christmas”
~ Peg Bracken

There is no special equipment needed for this candy. With just a few simple ingredients you will have a delicious treat. You may have seen similar recipes. The star ingredient of this confection is powdered sugar. It’s one of the easiest recipes ever.

I’ve been making it for years now and everyone loves it. I also happen to be a huge lover of peanut butter and have always preferred peanut butter fudge. Taste testing is complete bliss for me!

I’m writing this post and we’re having an unusual early snow day in December here in South Carolina. It’s been a distraction for me to say the least. I am a kid at heart and seeing the snow makes me excited. I have to keep peering out the windows to check out the winter wonderland.

There is something magical about snow when you don’t get it as often as other parts of the country. The fact that we are now in our new “old” home is only adding to that excitement. To see your yard, trees and home covered in snow is absolutely beautiful.

Okay, focus! I must focus! We’re talking about easy peanut butter fudge bars. Did I mention that it’s snowing? Seriously, you can make a batch of this for Christmas gifts faster than it’s taking me to write about it this particular day.

Have a SWEET holiday, Fudge, Easy

Pouring Peanut Butter mixture over powdered sugar

Use a hand mixer, starting on low speed, to mix everything together. Increase speed until well incorporated. The mixture will become very thick.

Peanut butter fudge batter

Add the easy peanut butter fudge bar mixture to an 8 x 8 pan. I used a disposable foil pan but you could line a regular pan with parchment paper.

8 x 8 pan

Cover and refrigerate for two hours to allow the fudge bars to set up.

Remove from the refrigerator. You can easily remove the entire set up fudge from the pan at this point. After removing, cut into squares. Bag each bar into a holiday plastic gift bag and close with a twist tie. Finish with ribbon.

These are rich. I tend to slice a piece off of the bar I keep for myself at a time to eat.

Your fudge looks so yummy...think I will make some tomorrow..... your recipes looks so good. Do you have a cornbread dressing recipe ?

What brand of Ham is this, you are showing? I sure don't see any hams here where I live that looks this good....every ham I see is dark meat when you cut into it and I hate dark meat..... Can't even find good pork chops here....I have a friend who lives in Iowa and she says their pork chops are the best....wish I could order some from there.....LOL

Thanks,

Julia Jordan

Thank you so much. I'm sure you'll enjoy the fudge recipe.

I do have a cornbread dressing recipe as well as two other dressing recipes you might enjoy. You can use the search tab up top of my page to search for dressing. Here's the cornbread dressing link

I'm afraid that I'm unsure which of my ham recipes you're referring to :) If it is the one pictured on the home page glazed with orange and honey - I don't recall the brand but it is just your average bone in city type ham.

You might try some of your local farms for pork...I get a lot of my meats pastured from local farms. They're so delicious.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance. Thank you for stopping by! I hope you'll sign up for your free newsletter and stop back by often.
