In case you haven’t heard, Chick Fil A has decided to drop it’s coleslaw from their menu in order to add different options to their menu. They realize that there are those who love their slaw so they decided to share their recipe. If you’re a fan, here it is.
4 tsp vinegar
1/4 c sugar
3/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1 c mayonnaise
2 10oz bags fine shredded cabbage, chopped to 1/8 inch
1/4 c finely chopped carrots
Whisk vinegar, sugar, mustard and salt together until sugar is dissolved. Add mayonnaise and whisk to mix. Add cabbage and carrots. Mix to combine. Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve.
Makes 6-8 servings.
