Crock Pot Fiesta Beef

Crock Pot Fiesta Beef on a red and white china plate with rice

Crock Pot Fiesta BeefΒ is an easy dump and go slow cooker meal. Today was a day that I decided to try something new. In an attempt to meet the needs and offer a variety of recipes that appeal to readers, I felt it was time. The thing is, I don’t really cook in the Crock Pot. Some of you may be gasping right about now.

I do own a slow cooker. I use it to make appetizers, keep food warm at parties, or to make candy. Making a meal in a slow cooker however is not something I grew up with. Over the past few months I experimented by making a pot of beans in my Crock Pot and then moved on to a traditional style roast. That turned out great so it’s time to develop a recipe to share.

Admittedly, I was a bit nervous on how things would turn out. All in all, I can say it turned out great. This recipe is delicious and can be used a variety of ways, something a busy family will love.
