- Paprika
- Cayenne Pepper
- Black Pepper
- Kosher Salt
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Cumin
- Oregano
- Dried Thyme

Kristi's Dry Rub for Chicken
Homemade dry rub seasoning blend for chicken or pork.
Ingredients
- 1/4 c Paprika
- 1 Tbs Cayenne Pepper
- 2 Tbs Black Pepper
- 3 Tbs Kosher Salt
- 2 Tbs Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbs Onion Powder
- 1 Tbs Cumin
- 1 Tbs Dried Oregano
- 1 Tbs Dried Thyme
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl then transfer to an air tight storage container until ready to use.

When stored properly this poultry seasoning rub will last up to a year. I like that it makes a smaller batch and can be customized with the seasonings that you enjoy.
If you like more heat, then add more cayenne. If you prefer less “smokey” flavor, just omit the cumin.
